Your pelvic floor supports far more than most people realize. This interconnected group of muscles contributes to bladder control, core stability, posture, movement, sexual function, and everyday confidence.
Yet pelvic wellness is often ignored until something changes.
At New Moon Wellness & Aesthetics, we believe pelvic health deserves proactive, respectful care—not embarrassment, assumptions, or silence. BTL Emsella® offers a comfortable, non-invasive way to strengthen and re-educate the pelvic floor muscles while you remain fully clothed.
Emsella® is an FDA-cleared medical device developed by BTL, a global medical technology company founded in 1993. BTL develops innovative technologies used by healthcare professionals in rehabilitation, orthopedics, aesthetics, and other areas of medicine.
Emsella® uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic—or HIFEM®—technology to stimulate the nerves that control the pelvic floor muscles. This creates thousands of deep muscle contractions during a single session, including contractions that cannot be achieved voluntarily.
These repeated contractions help re-educate and strengthen weakened pelvic floor muscles and restore neuromuscular control.
During each 28-minute session, Emsella® stimulates more than 11,000 pelvic floor muscle contractions—all while you sit comfortably and remain fully clothed.
The sensation is often described as a series of deep pelvic floor contractions or gentle tapping. Treatment intensity is adjusted gradually according to your comfort and clinical needs.
No surgery. No undressing. No downtime.
Once your session is complete, you can return to your usual activities.
Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect people across genders, ages, and stages of life. It is not limited to pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, prostate concerns, aging, or people already experiencing significant incontinence.
Changes in pelvic floor strength and coordination may be influenced by many factors, including:
• Pregnancy and childbirth
• Menopause and hormonal changes
• Prostate treatment or surgery
• Aging and natural changes in muscle conditioning
• High-impact physical activity
• Changes in weight
• Chronic coughing or straining
• Abdominal or pelvic procedures
• Reduced core strength
• Everyday stress placed on the body over time
Some people seek care because they are experiencing leaking, urgency, or changes in intimate wellness. Others want to be proactive about maintaining pelvic floor strength as part of their broader wellness plan.
You do not have to wait until your symptoms feel severe—or until they interfere with your life—to begin a conversation about pelvic wellness.
Emsella® is FDA-cleared for the treatment of urinary incontinence in adult men and women. By stimulating and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, treatment may help support:
• Bladder control
• Pelvic floor strength and coordination
• Neuromuscular control
• Deep core support
• Confidence during movement and daily activities
• Overall pelvic wellness
Every body and treatment journey is different. The benefits you may experience will depend on your health history, current pelvic floor function, concerns, and individual response to treatment.
Pelvic floor concerns do not always begin with significant bladder leakage. They may appear as small changes that are easy to dismiss:
• Leaking when coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercising
• Increased urgency or frequency
• Waking during the night to use the restroom
• Feeling less confident during physical activity
• Changes in pelvic support or intimate wellness
• A general sense that your core or pelvic floor is not functioning as it once did
Even when urinary leakage is not your primary concern, your pelvic floor remains an important part of whole-body wellness. A clinical consultation helps us understand what you are experiencing and determine whether Emsella® is an appropriate option for you.
Your Emsella® Pelvic Wellness experience begins with a private, complimentary clinical consultation.
Together, we’ll discuss your concerns, wellness goals, and relevant health history. This allows our clinical care team to determine whether Emsella® is appropriate for you and develop a treatment plan based on your individual needs.
If you are a candidate for treatment, your consultation will include a complimentary 10-minute Emsella® treatment preview. You will remain fully clothed while experiencing the technology firsthand and becoming familiar with how the treatment feels.
The introductory preview is not considered a treatment session.
A typical Emsella® program includes six 28-minute sessions scheduled twice a week for three weeks. Consistency is important because each treatment builds upon the muscle stimulation and neuromuscular re-education of the sessions before it.
Following your initial program, your clinical care team may recommend periodic maintenance sessions based on your goals, progress, and individual needs.
Pelvic health is personal, but it should not be difficult to talk about.
Whether you are experiencing noticeable bladder concerns, adapting to changes in your body, or simply curious about supporting your pelvic floor, we will meet you with kindness, clinical guidance, and respect.
Your journey begins with a conversation.
